Jonah Jang Blasted #BringBackOurGirls Protesters For March In Abuja

The Governor of Plateau State, Jonah Jang, has blasted the protesters who marched to the Presidential Villa on May 22, 2014, Thursday.

The governor of troubled Plateau state, which was rocked by the deadly twin bomb blast in the capital city Jos, launched his criticisms on May 23, 2014, Friday, while visiting the scene of the terrorist attack.

Jang stated that the protesters who attempted to 'storm' Aso Rock did not mean well for the country:

"How can a group of people just wakeup and begin to protest to the Villa; demanding Mr. President to go to the forest and bring back those girls?

"Why don't they go to the forest where the girls are."

The governor further declared that the Terminus market in Jos, where over 120 people have lost their lives, would be shut.

Jang further stated the sponsors of Boko Haram Islamist sect must be found and arrested as soon as possible.

It would be recalled that hundreds of #BringBackOurGirls activists marched to Aso Rock in an attempt to deliver their message directly to the president. The protesters were extremely frustrated with slow actions in bringing over 200 girls, abducted in GGSS Chibok, Borno, 40 days, ago back to their parents.
