The importance of the bra in the "women-body-support-business" cannot be over-emphazised especially as women with ample bust who might, from time to time, experience bodily distress due to the large size of their breasts.
Many women just pick up bras that look beautiful and sexy to the eyes not knowing that, lace, net and underwired bras can look awesomely good on you, but could be a bad idea if you choose the wrong size.
Many women become so happy to pull off their bras after the day's outing, savoring the feeling of their breasts being unrestricted and free.. With that amazing feeling of freedom, the thought of not wearing a bra during the day can often pop up which obviously is not a good idea because of the sagging effect it can cause over time.
With that implication of not wearing one at all in mind, wearing an overtly tight or loose bra also has many implications.
The commonest bra amongst women nowadays is the "underwired bra". It has metal lining wires that is meant to support the lower part of the breasts. The breasts contain two vital neuro-lymphatic reflex points which connects the lower part of the breast to the liver, gallbladder and the stomach. Keeping metal underwires on top of those reflex points overtime can result into a malfunctioning liver, gallbladder and stomach.
The metal wire can also act as an antenna attracting electromagnectic fields which can also increase breast cancer risks. If your love for underwired bras is so much that you think you cannot do without them, you can help yourself by removing the metal support from the bra and exchanging it with a plastic one. Although, a wireless style of bra is still the best option.
Also, painful grooves on the shoulders can occur when wearing a bra with narrow straps which cut in. A narrow-strapped bra should be worn by women with slim body type who do not have any fat and flesh that will cause a hollow at the shoulder region. Wearing bras with soft and padded support straps gives optimum comfort and relieves strain on the shoulders and neck areas.
Skin complaints, especially in the underbust area, shoulder/arm complaints;tension across the shoulders and neck, headaches, cervical spine problems and also back pain in the lower spinal region and many more are some of the implications of wearing a wrongly fitted bra.
If you wouldn't want to experience any of these above, know your correct size and buy your accurate bra size!
