South Africans Join The #BringBackOurGirls Protest

Following the abduction of more than 200 schoolgirlsfrom Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno, a number of protests under the banner #BringBackOurGirls have taken place worldwide. South Africa has joined in the protest to put pressure on the Nigerian government to act fast and put more effort in securing the release of the kidnapped girls as well raise awareness about the kidnapping. South Africans protestingabducted girls South African citizens gathered this morning at Sandton, Johannesburg and took to the streets, holding banners and placards which had inscriptions like, 'stolen dreams, save the girl', 'Just bring back our girls now' and others. They later marched to the Nigerian Embassy to register their petition.
